Spencer in the 1920s and has been in continuous operation since its inception. Rockport Abstract and Title Company has in its abstract and title plant a complete duplication of the District and County clerk's records in Aransas County Texas. These records are maintained not only in an electronic format but also on microfiche and original sized hardcopy.
